Agreement
By accessing or using unlock.best (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
unlock.best lets creators configure locked-link experiences (for example: steps, pasted rewards, redirects, HTTPS downloads you host elsewhere, integrations, and analytics tools we provide). You are responsible for the content you publish, destinations you send visitors to, and compliance with laws, platforms, advertisers, taxation, disclosures, and third-party agreements that apply to you.
Accounts
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials and API keys. Notify us promptly if you believe your account may be compromised. You are generally responsible for activity under your credentials.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, harm others, or abuse the platform or its users. Examples include:
- Phishing, malware, fraud, scams, impersonation of unlock.best staff or partners;
- Distributing or linking to unlawful content, credible threats, harassment, or child sexual exploitation material;
- Spamming, brute-forcing APIs, circumventing quotas or safeguards, circumventing advertiser or platform rules;
- Misrepresenting unlock requirements or rewards in a deceptive way.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or disable links, investigate reports, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Visitors, downloads, integrations
After unlocking, visitors may leave unlock.best entirely: external sites, file hosts, pasted secrets, integrations, ads, trackers, monetization wrappers, downloads, redirects, affiliate flows, arbitrary creator-controlled experiences. Creators—not unlock.best—are responsible for outcomes on those endpoints unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate contract.
Intellectual property
unlock.best retains rights to the Service as provided (excluding your content unless we say otherwise elsewhere, including open-source licenses for specific repositories). Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction.
Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: unlock.best and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data relating to these Terms or the Service. Total aggregate liability for claims arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the fees you paid unlock.best for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits; limits apply to the maximum extent allowable.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold unlock.best harmless against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, fees, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, integrations, misconduct, misuse of unlock flows, breaches of third-party terms, unlawful activity, misleading marketing, payouts to visitors, taxation, sanctions, disputes with visitors—or other claims principally caused by your use of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or revoke access without prior notice where needed for safety, law, misuse, unpaid amounts, operational risk, or breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account or ceasing interactions.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use unlock.best after posting updated Terms—or after notice when we intend to materially change terms—is acceptance of revisions. Critical changes may merit additional outreach if we reasonably can (for example notices in dashboard banners or signup email where account email exists—best-effort—not guaranteed SLA).
Governing law and disputes
These Terms shall be construed under applicable substantive law regimes governing our incorporation or hosting specifics—subject to overriding mandatory protections for consumers in your region. Venue selection may depend on incorporation details we publish publicly as they evolve.

Operational support may route through Discord or comparable official links published on unlock.best footer or navigation surfaces. Serious legal contact channels may evolve as we finalize corporate compliance routing—observe site notices thereafter.
